BCHG has been ranked 9th amongst the other UK social housing providers for customer satisfaction.
The Regulator for Social Housing has awarded BCHG the V1 (Viability) and G1 (Governance) judgements, which are the highest regulatory compliance ratings.
We built 83 new homes in the Black Country between 2024-2025, with plans to start work on 117 new homes by March 2026.
