We will ensure that the cause(s) are diagnosed in a timely manner to ensure that the correct remedial action is taken. The action may include repairs, but may also include detailed guidance, advice, or support from the visiting technical staff or specialist diagnostic and treatment companies and use of drying equipment where required. Where necessary, there will be recommendations for further referrals and support, for example, further energy advice and Customer support.
