The Resident Scrutiny Voice Panel (RSVP) identifies areas to review, investigates these services, and then reports to our Board with recommendations for improvement.

We are currently recruiting members for RSVP. If you are passionate about checking and improving our services, and can work well with others, then this is for you.

To support residents in this role we will cover expenses, seek solutions to lack of broadband access, offer a free CV check and training.
