Sally has worked in housing for 15 years, first starting in the role of Service Charge Administrator. Sally progressed to Tenancy Sustainment Officer and then into a housing management role, now working as Customer Relations Manager for BCHG. Sally is passionate about helping our customers with their housing needs and has supported many customers with benefit support and budgeting.
Recently a customer commented that “Sally has been brilliant; I couldn’t have asked for a better Customer Relations Manager”.
