Creating ‘Foundations for Life’ for care experienced young people in the Black Country
As an anchor institution in our locality, Black Country Housing Group (BCHG) has a role in shaping the places in which people live and to improve residents’ quality of life. BCHG is proud of the work we do to support care experienced young people and we are thrilled to launch our Foundations for Life programme working with partners across the region to improve opportunities for young people.
Thank you to the National Lottery who have awarded £370,727 funding for this programme. This vital funding comes from The National Lottery Community Fund, the largest community funder in the UK.
The three-year Foundations for Life project is expected to benefit hundreds of young people across the Black Country, providing them with the tools and confidence needed to thrive independently. The initiative reflects the National Lottery’s commitment to creating positive, lasting change in communities.
