We’re thrilled to introduce Homeforce Gas Services, launching this April! As part of our commitment to providing reliable home solutions, we are expanding our services to include expert gas repairs, maintenance, and installations—all delivered by our trusted team of professionals in our Homeforce team.

In addition to bringing you expert gas services, we are also working to reduce the number of visits needed for repairs and annual visitations. By improving our scheduling and service efficiency, we aim to complete more work in a single visit—minimising disruption to your home and ensuring a faster resolution to your issues.

Last year we held our Customer Scrutiny Conference, during which we facilitated workshops focusing on three key areas for discussion, hearing the customer voice on what’s most important to you. One of the key areas for discussion was our gas services due to previous instances of dissatisfaction with our external gas service provider. You told us that the service should instead be offered by our in-house repairs team Homeforce. We took this suggestion under consideration, which was approved by our BCHG Board.
