Our Retirement Living schemes provide high-quality housing, giving you the freedom of having your own front door, with the added benefits of on-site facilities and services - enabling you to live independently in a safe and secure environment.
Designed with the over 55s in mind, apartments are available for single people and couples. Some have also been specially designed for those with disability needs.
We currently have six Retirement Living schemes in the Dudley and Sandwell boroughs.
