Mirek has several years of experience within housing management including tenancy support and sustainment. Mirek goes above and beyond to help his customers in times of need, and understands the importance of getting to know customers to see how best we can serve them. He proactively arranges meetings with residents to listen to customers to make changes, involving local partners such as the police and West Midlands Fire Service.
Mirek demonstrates an excellent service at all times with a customer recently thanking Mirek “for his help, support and reliability, who helps make the environment feel safer”.
