Report a Repair

Normal working hours are from 9.00am until 5.00pm for reporting repairs that are not an emergency.
All repairs are given a priority level which is dependant on the type and seriousness of the problem reported.
Emergencies will be attended within 24 hours. These include anything else that makes the property dangerous or insecure to live in.
Urgent Repairs will be completed within 7 days, and may include no hot water or plumbing leaks easily contained.
Routine Repairs Most repairs are classed as routine and you should allow up to 28 days for the work to be completed.
When you telephone to report a repair you will be given an appointment on a day and time to suit you. We will do our best to complete your repair the first time we visit but if we can't, we’ll agree a date for a follow up visit. Emergencies will be attended within 24 hours.
