Advice and Support
This broad range of services includes home care, home improvements, and housing and benefits advice. Most of our advice and support services are open to anyone in the communities we serve - not just our residents.
We also provide employability support - helping local people to find jobs and training.
Our highly qualified Energyextra team will advise you on saving fuel and our Homeforce team is an approved installer of solar panels - this can help generate free electricity worth up to £150 for the average household.
For those over 55, Compass will help with housing options advice and check that you are receiving the benefits you are entitled too. For our residents, Sandwell Financial Services Hub can help with budgeting and other day to day cost savings.
Health and safety - Compliance
Health and safety is paramount to the service we deliver to customers at Black County Housing Group. This was the case before the Grenfell Tower tragedy and is in even sharper focus now. To read more about Health & Safety with BCHG, please click here.
